Navy Island Rum

Jacco Kroon (1977) is the founder and owner of Navy Island Rum and he currently works and lives in Amsterdam, the capital of The Netherlands.

Jacco studied Business Administration at the University of Amsterdam (Vrije Universiteit) before he joined Demerara Distillers (Europe Office) in 2004 to become Sales Manager for El Dorado Rum for the Benelux region (Belgium/Netherlands/Luxemburg). In 2006 Jacco Kroon became Manager Sales for El Dorado for the European market. In 2016 after 12 years of employment Jacco left the famous rum distiller and founded Navy Island Rum.
Navy Island Rum was internationally launched in September 2016. Currently the brand is on the market in more than 15 countries including Germany, Denmark, France, Italy and the Czech Republic. In the first quarter of 2018 Navy Island will be debute in Dubai and Hong Kong.
